Nutrigenomics
I offer Lifecode Gx® Nutrigenomic testing in my practice. Nutrigenomics is the study of nutrients and how they interact with genes. Through genetic testing and expert analysis I teach clients how nutrition and lifestyle affect genetic expression and how we can manipulate this to optimise health. I use the test results to create a truly bespoke plan, tailored to your unique genetics. Genetic testing provides valuable, extra depth health information that can help explain why a client has particular symptoms. It is especially useful when looking for the root causes of complex chronic health problems that are hard to resolve.

I work with you to decide which genetic panels would be most beneficial and place an order for a DNA test kit and the report(s) we have agreed.
Your DNA sample is provided by doing a simple cheek swab. On receipt of your completed test, the laboratory will generate your reports. This usually takes around three weeks.
